Ivaan lived entirely in the present.  When he was working on a piece of metal art, he could think of nothing else.  Each of the creations displayed in this gallery is the result of the intense focus he brought to his art.  Notoriously secretive about his work, Ivaan used tools in a completely unorthodox manner.   As a metal artist, Ivaan was entirely self taught.  The skills he developed during his solitary, meditative hours in the studio and his creative passion resulted in a body of work which is unparalleled in its beauty and which no other artist has succeeded in copying.

Ivaan did not care if you liked his work, but you’d go up a notch in his esteem if you loved it with a passion approaching his own.  Open the pages on the left of the screen.  What you will see is the tiniest sample of his vast creative outpouring.   He created art until his last day on earth.  He loved every moment of his life.  Ivaan was more than a creative genius.  He was a truly happy man.
